How does anyone personalise their photo on answerbank?
I have been on the site since March and am enjoying dipping my toe into being part of the group, but every time I check my profile account it tells me I can add my own avatar after a brief period. At first it said after 160 days but now it says after 171 days. It seems to increase every time I ask a question on answerbank. Has anyone else had the same problem?

How odd. I can't say I know the answer, but I'd encourage you to post this in the Editors' Blog.

You will need a Gravatar account to have an avatar, I know that much.

Oh no...I think I must be lost cause. Have followed all your links but getting nowhere ( very prob my lack of computer skills). It prob a glitch on my account so will have to forget personalizing account. But thank you so much for all your ideas and help.
How do I ask editor for help?
