It seems we're not getting any changes on AB 'til after xmas so I've set up a grotto for us. Sorry it's a bit like a scene from Great Expectations but I've sprayed a few cobwebs silver & blown the dust off me doileys so please come in & sit down.
What do all the biddies/grumps want to find in their wrinkly stockings this year then? Do you like all this festivity or will you be the grumpy gran/grandpa from hell this year?

Can I ask a question. Who will give the nod when it comes to moving day? Will a link be put on this thread as the last entry. And then will this thread be closed by the editor, or will it remain. I know, I'm thick, but at least I'm honest about it. I thought I knew what was going on, but now I'm confused. You see, Ed, has put a pink box on Robinia's link in suggestions and Ed has recently said that when she does this the thread gets locked, so how can we post on it????? I know I shall probably start posting on Woofgang's fig link.

Actually I think Woofgang's fig link is a better idea as we could move over today.

I've just had to sort out my towel and sheet cupboard so I can tell Mr N how busy I have been and not been on AB much. Just threw most of the stuff away he he.

Just arranged with an ironing service to come and collect my ironing on a fortnightly basis until I am fit and well (or even longer!!!!). Quite expensive, but well worth it. I don't iron loads of things, but MrG needs loads of shirts and I do like to see them ironed nicely. MasterG is doing housework twice a week, car cleaning and some of the cooking. MrG is in charge of dishwasher and tin arranging and bringing home dosh!!

I am just having a panic about working tonight!
