Subscribed Threads

On this site when I go to anything - the little pointer thing turns into a little hand and so successful in clicking.

However on subscribed threads - it just remains as an arrow and won't allow me to click on to them. Any help please.

how do you access those threads? via the side of the screen under latest posts or via your profile?

Click on the red title header in subscribed threads

If you click on the beginning of the title it usually works.

Sub scribed threads - click on the Sub bit.

Something new & strange has happened to me recently: When I have a thread on my screen & want to go from it to another subscribed thread, nothing happens, but I have found that if I right click on the title, in the drop down menu I click on 'reload' I can make the change.

Is this any help?

Jj. Mine often only work if I place the arrow on the first three characters.

Gness - you are right - just touching the first 2 or 3 letters have changed arrow to little hand. Yippee.

I just click anywhere in the title as Barry and Wolf said.

yes Mamy - mine did work on the actual title but has stopped quite a while - so just clicking on the first 3 letters has done the trick.

What are subscribed threads, what happens if you click on Subscribe?

if you click on Subscribe Barsel - it comes up on the right side of screen and so you can see the latest post on that subject - you know maybe 3 posts or 100.

They stay in a sidebar below Latest Posts and you can get emails to tell you someone has added an answer (that part you can disable). They're good if you want to see how a thread turns out.

That’s what I have always done, Mamya until the last week or so. Now most times the hand will only appear if I put the arrow on the first two or three letters. Anywhere else on the red row the arrow stays.

ellie - mamy will tell you better but I think you just have to click onto the "Unsubscribe" button. that should do it.

Ellie, tjere should be an option in your profile, something like...

Send an email when anyone replies to my own or my subscribed threads - untick that, or as said unsubscribe from the tread but it will go from your list on the right.
