Sharing Outlook Express

On our old PC windows xp we were allowed to share outlook express between users so all e-mails were shown, whoever was logged on. I've set up new PC but can't remember how to enable this option. At the moment if one user receives an e-mail it doesn't show in Outlook express for the other user. Any ideas?

You need to add each mail account to Outlook Express in each user profile.

Further to that you need to tick the option to leave a copy of the email on the server for each account too. Otherwise once downloaded it will not appear in every user profile.
