Wordl Letters Showing In Search Box As Well At The Letter Boxes

Ive been playing Wordl online on my laptop (win10 dell m6800)
its a version of Wordle & basically the same

its been fine for ages, but all of a sudden its started to open up the 'find in page' search box at the bottom & show every letter in there as well as in the game boxes, & i have to close that down in order to input the next letter, & its doing it with every letter, so its quite annoying.

i cant see why its happening or whats changed, ive tried lots of things to stop it but nothing works.

anyone have any idea why its doing this, & how i can stop it?
