Can I Buy Premium Bonds On Behalf Of My 18 Year Old Daughter?
2 Answers
My father has just given me £1,000 for my (just turned) 18 year old daughter with the wish that I put it all into premium bonds for her and don't let her know about it until she's 21. I can't see the option to do this, I can see the option to do it for children under 16 or for myself. I want it to be in her name so it is definitely her money. I do have a premium bonds myself and an N S & I account. Can anyone offer any advice please?

Alternatively your father could give the money to your daughter with the proviso she invests in the bonds for at least three years
