Since yesterday I have been unable to access Answerbank on my iPad but it’s fine on my iPhone. I’ve switched the iPad off several times but it hasn’t helped. Any help would be appreciated.
AB has become almost unusable on my iPad too. Nothing has changed my end so I’m putting it down to AB. I rarely even look in now, let alone post.
All the other forums I belong to are fine.
Safari is the default browser on an iPad. However there have been countless reports of people experiencing problems with it, when trying to access The Answerbank on it, for well over a decade.
After trying what Chris suggested it has been fine until today. I changed it to Chrome and all was well. However it’s playing up again today. My iPhone is fine - I’m using it now. Do I need to get in touch with Apple?
Done that but no better. I will take it to the computer man on the local market tomorrow as I think it’s just beyond me! Thank you so much for your help Chris. It is very much appreciated.
It worked perfectly for the repair man. He said it was probably the router, and to switch it off and then on again when I got home, which I have done and hey-ho, all is well again. I did feel rather a fool but never mind. If that information helps anyone else then that’s got to be good.
