Sleeping Flat On Back Dead Straight
6 Answers
I have a lot of skeletal pain issues - and ive recently realised that if i sleep straight, flat on my back, i wake with less pain, so i want to keep doing this as much as possible
however its not my 'natural' preference for sleep positions, i like to sleep on my side.
a lot of my pain is in my left ribcage, so im cautious about sleeping on my left anyway.
anyway, my question/request is - has anyone else ever done this & do you have any tips for being confy & resisting the urge to roll over?
also does anyone know of any bed additions? - special pillows, mattress adjusters, - anything really to make this a more comfy way to sleep.
thanks :)

Nothing worse than skeletal pain.
Even if you have slept on your side throughout your life have you not considered giving up a bed altogether and buying one of those electrically controlled chairs that one sees on TV and sleeping on your back in that?
You would soon get used to it and benefit from a pain free night's sleep.
