Almost every time I start Windows I get asked to sign up for the latest Microsoft Outlook. I'm perfectly content with the 2003 office outlook that I've been using for the last 20 years. Should I change? Are there likely to be pitfalls? Would all my existing history automatically transfer to the new Outlook? Is there anything else I should ask?

Beware. Outlook was a part of the MS Ofgice suite in 2003, but they confused things by renaming Hotmail to Outlook later. Make sure you are looking at the same thing.

I think hotmail/outlook support ended last year.

In your shoes I'd do nothing until you are sure what you're considering doing is what you want.

Thanks OG,

A long as my office 2003 outlook is still going I'm more than happy to stay with it, my only real concern is can Microsoft render it unusable?
