Thanks newmodarmy

I'm a moderator, which question do you want to be deleted?

You can't delete or edit a question you've asked.

Moderators can do both, and sometimes will before you've asked them to do it.

^^^ "Moderators can do both"

No we can't.  Moderators can't edit posts but we can delete them.  That most commonly happens when there's an obvious problem with the post (such as attempting to stir up racism or breaching the sub judice rules) but it occasionally be done when the person initiating the thread simply asks for it.  (e.g. "Help! The link in my original post includes confidential information, which I'd rather wasn't visible to all.  Can someone please delete this thread?")

I've seen the wording of questions changed.

How does that happen?

^^^ AB's Editor can edit posts (as the name implies) but moderators can't.

There you go then. Answerbank officials can change whatever they like  depending on whichever hat they're wearing (editor or mod) but you can't.

You ask.

tomus, we mods can't change our hat.
