I've bought dates, which are taken with sips of water to end the days fast, but what kind of water?

Which would be best, fizzy or still?

 i's d say still water, fizzy may be bloating.

Both will be appreciated but I'd choose the still

Still it is then.

Thank you both.

Tap water.

You should not encourage them to fast. It is a ridiculous practice and is prejudicial to their health - particularly as far as fluids are concened.

Instead of buying them anything which might appear that you condone their stupidity, point them to a website or two such as these (others are available):

https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/food-guidelines-and-food-labels/water-drinks-nutrition/

https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/drinking-water-and-your-health#:~:text=Being%20dehydrated%20can%20affect%20your,kidney%20stones

To prove your anti-anti-semitism sandy with your friends,you should provide your friends with "Hadiklaim"dates.The best the Israelis provide.

You could give them this video sandy;

Best would be water blessed by Allah.

Don't they have a tap?

What about a gift of Mey Eden(Eden Springs Ltd) water sandy.I hear it is very popular out in the Muslim diaspora.

^^ 😂

They don't really fast though do they sandy.  They change day for night in most cases.  Having worked with many of them they may not eat during the day but make up for it at night and keep everyone else awake with their antics and rowdiness.

Moderator of this thread;

For clarification, can you please say why the post before 16:30 was removed, which site rule did it break please?

-- answer removed --

Rule 11?

To be honest I don't know what rule 11 is but it is cited in most cases

For many years I have seen Christianity and its followers insulted and riduculed on AB and have never known one post removed.

The above removed post was a light-hearted bit of humour on a thread which is, let's face it, of a rather virtue-signalling nature towards Islam.

Whoever removed it, shame on you.

Probably feared the repercussions.

Any water would be acceptable, if it is a gift go for a 'posh' water or coconut water is allowed at Iftar
