i have since appologised and he said everything was fine.

so how come hes resorted to childish name calling and being silly around me includeing scribbling on crosswords when i m trying to compleate them. am i just being a silly girl or should i just give up and find some one else?

I'm no psychologist but I reckon he likes you. Why else would he be trying to get your attention by annoying you? next time he scribbles on your crossword ask him if he's ever gonna grow up and ask you on a date. It might stun him into silence if nothing else!
good advice from teag1rl... but are you sure you want someone who scribbles on your crosswords? Sounds like a recipe for long-term irritation!

If he's already played a joke on you which backfired & upset you - now he's trying to gain your attention by drawing over your crossword - he sounds very immature to me.

If it were me (which it isn't), I'd give him plenty of leg room & I don't just mean under the desk!

Good luck.

Then again, if you really do like him, do as teagirl's suggested - it may lead to a long term relationship!

I'd say he's trying to get your attention, like teag1rl's suggestion a lot, if you've got the balls to do it!! How about emailing it if you can't say it to his face.

Or tell him to ask you out or bog off.

lol Englishbird!

Ahhhhhhhhh. I used to work with a bloke who was like that with me. We are now married with two children. Do what teag1rl says.

oh and by the way, the hair pulling and name calling calmed down when we finally got together.x

He sounds like a knob.Find someone else
More often than not a guy's way of showing he likes you is to act up around you, and unfortunately that means it's often you that ends up feeling or looking silly. I'd go careful though...they say never mix business with pleasure - I've seen it all end in tears before. I would say you need to let him know that you dislike the name calling - it's certainly not a nice thing to subject anyone to and he wouldn't like it if you did it to him!
my ex played jokes on me too but it's only hindsight that i realised, these jokes were things you'd only do to someone you didn't really care about in the first place! My ex also progressed to name calling then to lifting his hands, why, because i dismissed it as me being too sensitive or just being silly! He sounds like he's not got much respect for you and thats where you have to listen to your gut feeling (which made you write to answer bank) be strong and maintain that respect for yourself! Diss him girl!
