For some reason she cant log on any more. It no longer recognises her email address to send her her password and it says that her user name is in use.
She has tried contacting answerbank a few times (as they advise) but she has not received any response.
Any ideas - what should she do?
sorry, think my original answer was confusing.....what I meant was....
If AB doesnt recognise her email address, then there's no reason why she can't re-register.
Obviously if there wasn't a prob with her email address but she still couldnt get on here then she'd have to use an alternative address, but as it is, I don't see why she can't do the first option.
