Ed ... Can't we have an option to block user entries from being displayed?... that way we would only have to listen to what the intelligent people have to say.

i go on other sites where there is the possibility to "ignore" users that you select. Unfortunately, it never really works for 2 reasons
1) you can't really keep up with the thread and
2) people who barb each other i think actually enjoy it on some level, and what i have found is that i just have to take that person off ignore to see what they are saying about me so i can respond!

sorry, didnt really read your previos contribution, so i apologise if it sounds like i was recycling your idea. I also really think that naz/wardminter/most people enjoy a good bit of conflict as it makes life a bit more interesting. After all, if naz wanted to ignore replies he/she could just do it, and wouldn't need a special button. They could either just stop reading, or stop replying to keep it going, however, most people don't do that and i would have to conclude that it's because a part of them actually enjoys it
