does anyone know why i used to get e.mail to say I had an answer then just clicked straght through to you but now have to scroll all questions to find mine and then click to get an answer

The same thing is happening to me. I posted a question today and have received two answers but did not get an e-mail notification from AB.

I'm sorry, BAA lost a whole suitcase full of emails at Heathrow due to the ongoing security situation, because theere was a tube of toothpaste with them. They have recently been cleared by MI6 and delivered, but with all references to flight socks removed. Thank you for your patience.

Hi barber, we do experience some difficulty in getting AB emails through to some email providers. Please see our FAQs "why am I not receiving any AB emails" for some suggestions on how to tweak your settings which may help.

Ed, just checked my received box and the last e-mail I received was on18/07/06, and none since then. I am using a work computer could it be something that they have installed connected with their fire wall? Just a suggestion as I know nothing at all about computers.
