Good afternoon all ABers!

Thanks for all the welcoming messages! Yes, I'm looking much forward to the challenges that lie ahead and certainly have some large shoes to fill.

With regards to the AB postings, it sometimes happens that a Q&A thread develops into a discussion and for that reason a certain amount of "chat" is allowed in order for ABers to get their message across. However, threads that are abusive, profane or incite people to violence will be removed from the AnswerBank. So, I'll be keeping an eye!

Please mail me if you do have any complaints regarding users and postings.

I second aka - I avoid AB unless absolutely necessary because you are never guaranteed a straight forward answer.Think there are a lot of egotistical people who wouldnt normally say boo to a goose -but get off on abusive answers with their names attached - those should be the first targetted IMO.A lot though are very kind and I enjoy being on the same thread as them.

Where did you find those then? The large shoes I mean, i often get asked at work for size 9 or 10 and we only sell up to size 8s.

Would you like to tell us a little bit about yourself, it is always good to know how to address the ed correctly, would it be sir or madam or Mr Ed or Mrs Ed, plus, as there is often a proliferation of colloquialism on here, nationality would be a good idea to enable us to always remember to explain the vernacular.
