Before your posting ..... there has been earlier world-wide announcements and news flashes that a deal has been done for Google to buy YouTube for $1.65 million?

Here, for example is the BBC News site announcement at 22:06 GMT.

The announcement was even earlier in the USA!

PS: Do you really think that Crystal Guides has the financial clout and expertise to buy this kind of company?
