how to 'wrap' special pressies
4 Answers
This year my sisters, borther and i have gone all out and bought mum and dad a special present. One sis has bought tickets to see chitty chitty bang bang, the other sis and brother have booked flights up to edinburgh. I have paid for 2 nights it a nice hotel for them. Anyway it brings me back to how do we give them? My mum likes to open presents xmas morning with no-one watching her (just in case shes disappointed i suppose lol) and none of us will be there until lunchtime. We are now all trying to find a way to give then a pressie for the morning that may give clues as to what the main gift is but not make it too obvious. So far my brother has suggested putting the tickets in xmas crackers at the dinner table, but 3 crackers and 2 people doesnt tally. I thought of giving mum a travel clock and dad an airfix plane to open xmas morning but cant think of a cheap theatre related gift. One year mum gave me cash for xmas but tied it the ribbon of a helium balloon and gift wrapped it so cant do that again. has anyone got any ideas????
