Do you know what I like about the Biddybankers, first, they do no harm, second, they have earned peoples respect, third, they stick to the Site Rules (sometimes). :))))))) and lastly they don't take things too seriously.

Normal Dotty normal?? Shall have to do something about that! We are just a group of "older" people who like to reminise and who all have a similar sense of humour. We do not ignore newcomers, it's just that most younger folk don't want to talk about bodices and 78 rpm records and Mantovani. We try not to insult or be rude, cheeky we like. We were war babies! Well I think all the biddies are fab.....they are the first to post on a birthday thread even if they don't know you.

Mind you I'm a ruddy biddy meslef....but can never find them :(......guess they must have a secret room that the monks have set aside for them ;)

The biddies are lovely, and they have always been very friendly and nice to me whenever I have popped in to say hello.

In fact, when I was brand new to the AB a couple of years ago, Robinia was particularly welcoming and kind.

I am really not understanding why people are so upset about them. I guess some people just always have to have something to bitch about.

I must admit, I thought or imagined, that they were all in their early 30's!

Oh ummmm 'twas a good few decades ago that any of us saw 30!!! We were the original Flower Children, we did the first canabis, the first free love, unfortunately you name it and one of us probably did it!! There wasn't even National Health when I was born, so guess we have earned the right to be boring!! We hope we have never offended any of you and if we have then we apologise. Must go before I forget what on earth I'm rambling on about!!

hahaha - lol dot....not sure about most of those claims (do no wrong?) but thanks for the mention...and I daresay we're more B Team....mind you, Vinny's got a gold medallion or two but they're turning his neck green.
If we're boring then we can live with that - please feel free to ignore us & carry on with your exciting life - but we don't shun new people if they've something interesting or funny to say.

Can't say that we ever shun anyone in BB.. it may be boring but better than some of the drivel that's churned out in Chatter...sorry ..Body and Soul day after day . If it's boring you don't have to read it ,do you ,ummm ..er...whatever your name is. We do venture into other sections occasionally .....and even answer peoples questions ....quite sensibly in fact ...my knowledge of knitting and Astrophysics is renowned and Vinny knows fifty ways of keeping cats out of your garden .
