'search the site' box isnt working, Ed??

I have just tested Search for a handful of Topics and each of those appeared to be working.

I think that's called re-booting it BOO, he, he!

P'raps if you switch off completely for a few minutes jonno, it might correct it - ya never know!

You're not imagining things, Jonnoman. (Or if you are, welcome to my delusion).

I e-mailed the technical guys earlier on to tell them about the problem. It seems that they must have fitted a new rubber band to power up their search engine, as it now seems to be working again.

Today - when someone asked for slow cooker recipes for the zillionth time - I used Search the Site 3 times - the first 2 times showed that there were none - the third time showed 268.

Well, I've just tried searching for something, and it always searches in the last category I visited, never across the whole site. Even when I go to the home page and search from there, it goes back to searching in the last category.....strange!

It only searches one category at a time now max!
