Hmmm, yes. I think its fair. It explains everything.
My only coment would be that the Ed hopefully doesnt just ban people because a heated discussion has gone on and the regular'Report question ' people have just hit the report button.
I hope she will send warnings out to the people who missuse the 'report' button. As on here, i notice it gets hit, just if they dont like what they are reading, even though its not offensive to everyone else. If that makes any sense...

I really don't think the Ed means that kind of reporting, she's probably all too well aware that it goes on and will reinstate posts when necessary.

I like the new Blog, she seems to be kindly (but firmly) warning us all. It just seems a shame she HAS to warn us about things we should already be doing, treating others as we wish to be treated.

We all get carried away from time to time, myself included, but I honestly get the feeling Ed is giving us a gentle "Imma watching you lot" warning.

Do you honestly believe that ummmm? that people are deliberately reporting posts because they are done by you? Regardless of their content? If I thought that someone was doing that to me and my posts I'd send Ed and or the techies an email stating this.............

Yes I do BOO......I can understand some of my answers. Last night a few was in a thread all talking the same talk. I didn't say anything different or worse than the others but I got banned......(locked out)

I even had an answer removed that just said 'thank you'

And some other really innocent stuff....

lol, I dunno ummmm, I didn't see any of your posts last night (or anyone elses come to think of it- I wasn't on AB). Have noticed that some of your pastsin the past have been errrr shall we say near the knuckle sometimes??? And that's possibly riled folks up?

I've personally not been offended by 'em though as they weren't directed at me (well, unless you take this the wrong way- lol).

But if you really honestly believe that someone is reporting your posts just because they are from you, I'd email Ed pleading your case so to speak, probably get nowhere mind, but worth a try!

I understand exactly what you are saying BOO. The only thing that annoys me is I tend to get very near to the knuckle talking to someone else.....all for fun....but they never seem to get reported....just me.
