You are being punished, there is a delay in my posting too, I got an e-mail saying this is because I had posted more than 3 times during the 5 minutes allowed. So you will get a time penalty.

It's probably because you posted more than 3 posts in 5 minutes and as a results you get automatically suspended. I happened to me just type slower!
