why some time do i get 'stars' and other times not?

Hi all, i'm a recent Aber (since Dec 2006 with 49 replies & 10 questions). Why do i sometimes have a 3 star rating and other times not?

That is when the person who asked the question rates your answers. If you look at the answers you have been given you can do this too. Its not always used, but it is a way of telling someone how good their answer is.
