once in a while she answers on threads; her words come encased in a pretty pink box. If you email her you might also get an answer. But usually not, she is a busy lady. The FAQs say not to expect a reply.

Yes, the Editor does answer questions and responds to the majority of emails received. The only time a user definitely won�t get a response from an email is when asking why a post has been banned as stated in the Site Rules and clarified in the Ed's Blog about 2 weeks ago.
