it WAS the key stone to the AB.
these days its full of useless questions with little or no content.
there are still some very good questions, but on the whole, the questions are a waste of time and space.

my own suspition is that most of the regulars have already said "enoughs enough"

there is only so much people are prepared to put up with. we all know this is a free site, as most are, but this is also a people site.
without the people, this place wouldnt survive in the way we know it.
ive been here about 14 months. seen names come and go, but ive NEVER seen it like it is right now.
there are very few genuine postings, very few regulars and even less fun.....

dot, very few of us are medically trained. i doubt any of us are experts in emotional stuff.
most of us advise in the way we feel best.
thats what this place is all about, people power.

im not gonna say "im leaving" but i wont be in here as often as i have in the past...
i just dont enjoy being part of a void.

funky, i think it has gone downhill a bit in the last couple of months, as you said, some of the regulars have deffected or just plain given up the ghost which is a shame. I do think it will get back to what it was in time though because over the course of a year which is nearly how long i have been here, it does tend to go through phases like this. Highs and lows.

Agree with you there Chill Wind! By and large the people who use this site are nice and genuine, unfortunately though there are some who aren't, those tend to be the ones that don't like people disagreeing with them, and can't argue their point without spitting their dummies out and becoming abusive!! As for the obscene posts, this is a family site, however there are plenty sites out there that aren't!
