between 4pm and 6pm are the pipes cleaned , why does the site become very sluggish ?

rush hour traffic? It usually seems to come to a standstill briefly at 1am, so I thought that was when the night shift took over.

i get it the same as ummmm at 1am and occasionally at dead on 2.15 am.... could be some sort of task my computer performs but i don't know what.
