Possibly not the right forum, but......
When you type in a search and then get the answer(s), you click on one of them and it transports you to a page which has no relevance whatsover. Even the pages either side do not contain what you were looking for. It's happening a lot to me and is really annoying. Why does it do this?

more than likely spyware, run a spyware scan.

Thanks alfgbt for prompt reply. Definately not spyware. I've got so many anti this and that's installed, they're coming out of my ears so l know that's not the problem!
It's not a major problem, a tad annoying yes, but was just curious as to why it is doing this.
Hi, I still think this is some spyware/ malware problem. some can be very stubborn to remove. Have you done a highjackthis log & posted ?. http://www.tomcoyote.org/hijackthis/
Willy - it is just the user UNfriendly AB Search - the worst I have ever seen.
