Actually , it has always been andy hughes - lower case letters , so I would be more inclined to believe that the upper case lettered ID was an alias , if it is not a secondary ID for him. Oddly enough though , I thought that there was no hyphen originally with his name and I was correct. See here :

If he has always had the same name , then I see no reason for the need of a hyphen in his name and I can't think of why he would ever have been banned to need another ID.
