After two months I suggest it's about time the ABed updated the blog. Ed must have something to say, even if it is just to inform us what the maintenance issue was that caused the AB site to be totally inaccessible recently. Otherwise what is the point of having a blog in the first place?

How about a compromise on the PM thingy? Surely they can make it so that you have the option of having it or not? IE, if your nice and sociable and gregarious you tick the "ok, I'll give it a whirl" box, or if your anti social and really can't be bothered you can tick the "no, bu88er off with ya PM service" button.
