Ed, There are some very computer/Internet literate folks on here. I suggest you consult with them for tips on running this website efficiently. If this site continues to run at the speed it is currently going, most likely you will lose valuable members. Even the old version is creeping; it takes forever for a category to open and a post to submit. Please do something now!!

I was looking back through old posts today in AB suggestions. When they changed the Sports section there were many objections which obviously went unheeded. The sports section is awful and I'm just grateful that I'm not a regular visitor otherwise I would be extremely angry that they had changed it. I assume that it was a section of the main site.

If you look on the home page of AB it says that it is 'new and improved'. They are surely taking the pi55.

There is an ld saying which I think is apt in this case. If it aint broke, don't fix it.

I be thinking that neil is on the right track. It is now 2115 my time and 0215 your time, and I am having no problems whatsoever. I would hazard a guess that this is because there is less 'traffic' now: you're all in bed.
