I have stopped receiving email notification when someone responds to a question that I have posted. I posted questions to see how to get it resolved with no luck. I then phoned answerbank who told me to email. I therefore emailed the AB techs about it but about a week has passed and I havent received any reply from them. I don't know how else to sort this problem so I thought I would try posting it here. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.
Just give it a little bit longer shivvy, then email the Techies or Ed again. There might be a higher than usual volume of complaints/reports, so that could be the reason you haven't heard as yet.
Sometimes I hear within a week and sometimes it can take two or three emails from me for them to respond.
