Hello weeal, I have been to glasgow for work and stayed in "The Gorbals" loved it there great people, and taking footie teams to Dunoon, does that count?

weeal when we arrived in Glasgow we had nowhere to stay, we went into local pub to where we were working and asked about B&B a couple in there said, in there best glasgee accents " sod that away to our place and kip on the floor" 3 of us stayed with them for weeks, we had such a laugh, we went to barraland? is that still there?

yeah Ray thats the Glasgow spirit, glad you enjoyed yourself. the Barrowlands is still there, good concert hall too, but the pubs are rough

Cheers weeal, we did some work in maryhill, god that was rough as a badgers arse, lol, I love scotch people they are so friendly so much crap talked about them being mean, they are the com plete opposite, tatties'n'neeps, love the place, Dunoon was so beautiful too.

yeah its a myth that scots (not scotch lol) people are mean, we are especially friendly in glasgow <:-)
