Award for Most Helpful Poster

May I please nominate Buenchico (young master Chris) for this year's award (and last year and probably the year before that).... he has shown exemp... exemplorruyy... examplury ....drat. absolutely brilliant answers. Look, in other words, he is great, ok ??? He deserves 14 millions stars but preferably blue ones, not little red ones !

If anyone can actually spell exemflourry please help me out below !

Once again, thank you to all of the people who've said nice things about me.

I said in my my previous post that I wouldn't try and list everyone that I regard as 'superstars' because I knew that I'd be bound to leave too many people out. It's good to see that others have praised people that I only come across occasionally but who clearly put a lot of effort into providing accurate answers (e.g. Raysparx).

There's not a name above that I'd disagree with. Yes, even Wardy (or whatever name he's currently using) would feature on my 'superstars' list. I know that he annoys a lot of people in 'chat' type questions but he provides some excellent answers elsewhere, especially on legal matters.

Just a couple more names:

I frequently seem to find that I don't need to answer a question because JK2 has got there before me, with an excellent reply. Also, if there's a question on science or aeronautics (among others), Clanad often provides an answer that needs no further contribution.

Perhaps I could also mention that some regular questioners deserve praise for the courtesy they display in acknowledging replies? Filthiestfis keeps me busy but he always posts his thanks for my humble efforts. (I'm a Busy Bee is in the same category).

Lastly, some people seem to be confused about my gender. I've just taken a look and I seem to have got all of the dangley bits to indicate that I'm a fella' ;-)

i too, would go for buenchico (chris) as the most helpful and diplomatic answerbanker. He has such a nice way of putting things, as well of course as knowing everything about everything, and having some helpful links to back himself up.
Close second would be quizmonster (or it could be quizmonkey, im getting a bit hazy in my old age) simply for the fact he not only remembered what a song was from my very poor impression of it rendered into text, but also had the album, copied it and sent it to me!
For "niceness" it would have to be raysparx and for "tell it like it isness" it would be B00 or cazz

Thanks for the mention Chris - I always enjoy reading your postings. They are always very concise and extremely helpful. Like me, you obviously enjoy research but you also always remain very polite - I sometimes get a bit exasperated with people!!!
