failure to enter answers

I still can't get my answers to print. Help! I'm sure I follow the correct procedure, and it's only started failing yesterday

I was off the site for two weeks!
I Just kept emailing the techies, sometimes twice a day, interspersing those with emails to the editor.
In the end I reregistered with a new name and new email address.
