First part "There's been so much going on at AB recently so we're sorry for the apparent lack of Editorial presence on the AnswerBank but we have been working hard behind the scenes, responding to all your emails although some of you claim not to have received them!"
Why the exclamation mark, why would folk claim not to have received e-mails if it were not true? If you knew there were problems, why not bring it to wir attention months ago rather than put it in the FAQs?
"So, if you have emailed us but haven't had a response check out our FAQ page and make sure your email account is set up correctly to receive emails from us."
The link doesn't work
"We've also been
answering your all your editorial and technical phone calls as well as moderating the site and attempting to fix the new version of AnswerBank!"
How about ditching the new version of AB until you sort out the problems wi the users?
"Just to update you all with where we are at with the new version of AB, as you know a large number of users were experiencing numerous problems when using the new version of AB. So, we are hoping to get it rewritten although there is currently no time scale in place and so unfortunately I cannot update you as to when you'll have it backsorry guys.
