apart from chatter bank witch chat room would you recommend IE face book or (what ever ) as i have only ever used AB as it is easy to use :-)

FB is good as you can PM there.

Bebo -same -you cvan PM there.

Not the same as AB as you arent interacting the same tho -just leaving messages unless you can get someone online same time as you.

most of facebook would be ok for you on dial up, you'd just have to steer clear of the walls as they have videos on them, and some peoples profile pages are very big, mine takes ages to load even on broadband, (really must trim out down:)) but the chat and messaging side of it all would be fine

What on earth are you still doing on dial up though, you must be able to get a broadband deal for the same as it costs you on dialup!!
