mine almost never works. Just once in a while, usually late at night, I'll try it out and I'll be so stunned when I get through that I won't be able to remember what I wanted to do with it. But it's extremely rare.

Haven't had that facility for ages - and I can't remember all the posts I've done. Ed did say she was short-staffed and would ask some other techies to look into it, but sadly nothing has happened.
