On 29.9 the AB Editor wrote this about articles written by members, "...we've had a fantastic response and many informative articles have been written by the AB community which will eventually play a large role in the new website layout. The idea won't be ditched."

To-day it's "So, anyone got anymore (sic) articles for me yet? A ridiculously stupid horoscope idea? A short piece on your area of expertise? Send it my way! C'mon, I know there's some more talent out there!"

Will he not be busy enough wading through the "fantastic response" so far, without wanting more?

I mind on someone who had some connexion wi a children's tv programme saying that when they announced they had such a great response to a competition they'd extended the deadline, the opposite was the truth....

I've contacted the ed saying i would write a Beginning Your Family History article, whoich would be fine i guess, but where and how do i send it? have a missed a bit in the blog?

I would think you'd e-mail the article to him and it would be added to the huge pile he's got already...

Have you got any ideas Corbyloon? I'm sure you could write one... maybe on conspiracy theories that people tend to laugh off?

Who mentioned a conspiracy? Certainly not me. I have had the "Yes, I would like to receive the Answerbank Facts & Trivia Newsletter and Newsletters from the ConsumerChoices Group." ticked for God knows how long and I suspect the same God knows how long its been since I received one. If I can't even get the current Newsletter what hope is there for the new articles?

If you think that folk laugh at the thought of conspiracies, how about those who laugh at all the promises made by previous AB Editors?
