cazz, the last -ED did email me and explain that she had no helpers and it was very difficult, but guess she should have made it more public.

Don't worry love ..you'll probably end up in the Priory like all the previous Editors ...they all seem to burn out really quickly .
If you just did what you are supposed to do which is EDIT then all your problems are solved .This means 24/7 editing and moderating .
As for mucking around with something which works perfectly well as it is ..if it ain't broke don't fix it .And ..the "report this answer " button might help .

Despite the last Ed never really being here, I had a bit of a soft spot for her. She sent me a lovely email, out the blue, last November when I was going through a very difficult time.

Whilst I like this Ed- I do really, nice and chatty etc, I'd still like him to actually implement the improvements that we're supposed to be getting. And I'm still very un-impressed that the site's unmoderated at night and during the weekend.

Still, can't have everything I guess.

Well i aid it a week ago and yet again ive been proven right.

The ed is fair , hes doing a good job and hes working from 8 outta 10 towards the 10 outta 10 score that im sure he can achieve.

well hopefully we shall see some evidence of changes, I dont think they work enough hours though!! maybe they should work on a self moderating program that will guard this place after working hours and at weekends.

the bit of moderating they do in the mornings does not seem enough to me, its almost like cleaning up the broken bottles the morning after...it still doesnt address the problem at hand
