why am I redirected to another site

I notice that sometimes I click on a section and I am redirected to another selling site. I thought I had made a mistake at first but it happened again. This time it was music. This looks like the cyber equivalent of unwanted mail to me. It may make you some commission but is a very dodgy practice if you ask me.
