There is a question on Home and Garden re manholes today. Among the helpful replies is a disgusting one from no. knowledge. Please look at it and ban him.

Lucca absoloutly right ban him, ban him now and then make sure that all the furniture legs in your house are covered and never say anything at all naughty because we all want to live in the 18th century with Victoruian values, what is this board coming to.

In all seriousness I suggest that if that offended you you don't vist anymore. I take it you don't watch TV or read newspapers. The only thing to worry about is if no Knowledges Mrs sees it the maybe he would have a hole in the chest to worry about :-) oopps

I've just had to go and look to see what all this fuss is about. I can't see anything offensive (unless you're Mrs NK), quite funny I thought, definately not worth a banning. I'd be more worried about having a manhole in my flat, especially if I lived on the 3rd floor!!!!!!!!

All this talk of manhole covers reminds me of my driving days when I was in the yard with Dave when Charlie`s wagon pulled in with a VERY high load.

As Charlie got out of his cab, Dave said to him "My god, Charlie that`s a high load you`ve got, what is it?"

Charlie carried on to the office, saying "Oh, it`s manhole covers".

Puzzled, Dave thought, No Way could it be anything heavy so went over and pulled the sheet up to reveal rather a lot of sanitary towels.
