Anyone got any Emu (Ugg) boots?

I am thinking of putting these on my xmas list - sheepskin surrounding my tootsies, lovely. They look very comfy, very warm & Amazon have a sale on them at the mo - can anyone out there either recommend them or have anything awful to say about them?

thay do look nice and warm but they also look stupid, thats just my opinion though, everyone is wearing them so must be good or just because people like to copy others. I just cannot stand them

I'm not bothered about the aesthetics when it's as blooming cold as this week has been. I don't think they look as stupid as crocs though - an item of footwear I swore blind I would never ever wear - guess what the BF brought me this summer? Yup - pale blue ones. Mind you, I must admit they are brilliant at being non-slip on the boat - & with my track record for accidents, that is a bonus.

So, if these keep my piggies warm & I do't slip on the ice & break yet another leg, I don't care if I look daft.

They do look comfy but I can't help feeling they are bad for your feet as there is no support. You look at someone who is wearing them, from a back view their feet are just turning in as if their soles are rolling inwards.
