Not really a suggestion I know but unsure which category to use. How do you all use your fancy writing? I mean bold, italic, coloured, etc..... Am I the only person who doesn't know? Is it really obvious?

Natalie, when you post an answer, on the top of the box is a series of letters, etc., ie. B I  U&nbs p; A......etc., much as you find when working in 'word'.  This definitely works if you are using Explorer 6., but don't know about others.

The editor taught me this.  Go into Help on your tool bar and you get a dropdown menu.  Choose about internet explorer and it will tell you which version you have - well it does on mine anyway.  I really am totally useless at this sort of thing.  xx

Sorry, it's code that they write web pages in! It stands for hyper-text markup language....think i'm gonna stick to basic writing and bad spelling.....he he he!

The HTML tags don't work anymore.  But Natalie, I think you can upgrade Explorer for free... check the microsoft website.

I've got the bold/italic etc tabs, but how do you get pretty colours?

Click on A and then choose one of the pretty colours in the box.

Hi natalie, zgma is right, you can upgrade to explorer 6 via http://www.microsoft.com  think you go to 'downloads'
