hi MWB, I managed to ignore it last night and refused to be drawn into a row even though I was insulted and abused. It did work, despite wanting to retaliate I took the ed's advice and left them to it, they ended up looking like a complete moron, which was pointed out to them. then they started having ago at the person who had pointed it out to them, Despite the goading and abuse, noone reacted and the person ended up talking drivel to himself. So it does work to ignore them, which is what I will be doing, no matter how vile their insults get.
