Ignore user

I think an Ignore This User option should be implemented.  Especially with some of the weirdoes that get on here ;o).  Then all the postings of that user will not appear to the user that selected ignore (I assume the key field for a user isn't their username.. else ignoring georgit79's impersonator would make me ignore his/her postings too... hmmm...).

I woudn't mind being ignored, no.  If a user wants to ignore me, then that is their choice, not mine.
