banned

I have just found out one of my answers has been banned.  How do I find out why as it was not offensive, rude or any other reason I can think of.

We don't have the facility (or time) to tell each user why a post has been deleted. Sorry.

You use My Details � My Profile to get the list of all the threads you've been involved in.  Then you open each of them in turn and look for an orange bar across one of your answers saying "This answer is banned".  If you've ever posted the same answer twice, when the duplicate is erased it is counted as "Banned".  "Deleted" would be more accurate, as lots of people have pointed out, and I guess the techies will get to it some day�...
