Does AnswerBank just want depositors and has a complete disregard for the individuals concerned.?

Within the space of two days I received from you e/mails which are identical and which wrongly imply that I have not been on-line for some time.
However, you are refraining from answering my original e/mail to your office, dated 3rd April 2009.
Am I correct in saying that you need to adjust your computers to sort-out e/mail communications.?
Accordingly. I have appended hereto a copy of my most recent communication to your office.
