Firefox error notice

Almost every time I open Firefox the following warning page appears behind the home page.

'THIS IS AN ERROR PAGE. PLEASE CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.

I just ignore it as everything seems to be working well. Should I be concerned ?

I'd be surprised if that extra window, with the error message, appears irrespective of the site you visit. It's almost certainly related to the Answerbank's 'pop under' advertising, which has been annoying a lot of people lately.
