having been away since friday i was hoping this would be solved by now ,am dissapointed to find i still cant answer questions just flicks to first page, i sent an enquiry on the 8th sept and have heard nothing,am on windows xp if this helps

Yes, log out, cleaar your cache (ITools, Internet options, General, Delete....) and then log back in. Does that work for you?
