ED....... the old version of Body and Soul had a warning indicating that it might well be dangerous taking the advice of unknown contributors and that they should seek the advice of their GP.
This has been omitted in the new AB version and should be introduced.
I also agree. Many people are asking about medical advice and other posters are saying what they would do rather than advise them to conatct their doctor.
In the same way they left off the instructions in Quizzes and Puzzles about how to give clues, number of letters etc. So we got coloured halma men and a load of articles on random subjects on the first page, and lost many of the useful features of the "old" version of answerbank.
There also used to be one in A&N about seeking a vet etc, also one in finance said something (sure it wasn't seeking a vet though), and also one in news something along the lines of libal cases- I think?
Aye we know Daffy, but the blurb used to say something along the lines of "If seeking medical advice, please consult your GP and dont listen to the waffle of this motley crue*"
